From Newest to Oldest, below are some of my works in progress shots of David Bowie as Jareth the Goblin King. I used many photo references of his face in order to get his features right as a person first. When I felt I had David Bowie himself right, I then proceeded to give him an expression and the make up that would make him become the character of Jareth.
